Blue essence disappeared

So I had 640 BE (the new system is bs but I'm riot's slave anyway), opened a hex chest and got Nocturne, disenchanted him and opened a level-up capsule, after doing both those things I had around 2200 BE. Played a match and after it my BE was back at 640, but my capsule, key and chest were gone anyway. Please give me my BE back or fix whatever bug caused this, I don't wanna play 20 boring, unsatisfying preseason games in order to level-up and get my microscopic reward, just to have it magically disappear later.
