Seriousness: The bane of League

Im so sick and tired of this notion that just because you are playing Normals or Ranked and you're having a bad time that you just get to ruin the game for everyone else thats apart of it.

If you're not taking the game seriously and just playing to clown around, tell the players in your game. It's literally so selfish and childish when you waste someone elses 40+ minutes just because you didn't want to try, or you wanted to fool around by yourself, or you wanted to try to 1v5, or you played bad so you just make the "Its just a game" excuse or you do anything to only make the game enjoyable for yourself and not for the other 9 that are playing.

NORMALS I get it, normals is where you experiment and try new things we all have done it, however, if you plan on doing a new build, or plan on just playing a fun game make sure you are making that clear to the other 4 on your team. I can't even tell you how many times people have been in a 40+ game where 1 death could decide everything and they try to 1v5 and get confused when you get angry with them cause its just "normals." And tell you to play ranked if you want to be serious.

Well im sooooooooooooo sorry shit for brains, I'm sorry that I don't want to play in this awful DQ rank system, I'm sorry that I don't have the drive to climb ranks and deal with annoying toxic premades, I'm sorry that I only have time to play 1-2 games a day so ranked is basically worthless, I'm sorry that I only really like normals cause ranked is a damn mess. I'm sorry that my life doesn't cater only toward you and your enjoyment.

RANKED

"Why so serious? It's only a game."

Well look here friend. If i play ranked there is only two goals I have; Win and move to the highest rank I can achieve. If I want to have fun, I'd play a fun gamemode like ARAM, or one of the rotating game modes or go play normals with friends so that I don't ruin the game for 4 other people. Ranked is suppose to be the most serious game mode in this game and most players play it to see how far they can get in the ranked system. Just because you don't take it as serious as your teammates doesn't mean you get to just do whatever the hell you want.
