Ranked should not be immediately available to new lvl 30s ESPECIALLY this season

Well iv heard plenty of people always complain about how their ranked games always get ruined by a single player that plays like he literally has NEVER touched league and always about someone feeding or something that i usually never buy into and i usually tell these people the same thing "Dont focus on your teammates, Focus on your mistakes".

But very recently more and more people have told me something along the lines of " I dont understand why i keep losing more this season". At the time I didnt know exactly what they meant until i started to play ranked this season.

Since i was placed at the end of season 5 in Silver 2 and knew a "light reset" was going to happen next season so i knew i was going to get placed somewhere in low silver or high bronze.

I played ranked and i happily played my promos and got put into bronze 2 there i easily climbed out into bronze 1 where i currently sit. Unfortunately haven't really been able to play ranked due to a busy schedule on most days, but i hope to climb out one day... anyway since i easily climbed, i wondered how my friends were doing on their games so i asked and i got a shit show from them about their teammates. A friend of mine is stuck in bronze 3 and another one is just jumping back and forth from bronze 5 to 4.

One day i decided to check out their match history and oh boy i saw people literally go 3/17 and others go 0/13. These scores were on multiple people in 1 game.When i this i was pretty amazed so i checked out their profiles and saw they had something around 130 - 90 wins only.

Plus not so recently riot halved the amount of xp needed to reach lvl 30 which i feel brings a huge roll in this since most people dont know better and immediately jump into ranked.

So my solution to fixing this issue and have less people clutter the lower elos and such to make it not so impossible to climb out is to put min cap of at least 200(open to changes) wins in summenors rift to unlock ranked. This will make the life of people who sell accounts lives much harder and the life of competitive players alot easier.

Good/bad idea idk any other ideas on how to fix this?

I've always thought that there should be more bridges to cross in order to unlock Ranked. Especially since it is easier to get to level 30. Nevertheless, we'll get downvoted while the same people who downvote us complain that people in ranked are bad.

It would make smurfing more difficult and buying and selling accounts more difficult. I feel new players are going to be bad until they start to learn the game. I had a few hundred wins before I started playing ranked back in the day and I was still pretty terrible. Granted I guess I did climb to silver out of bronze fairly quickly, which probably wouldn't have happened if i had 150-200 normal wins instead of the 400-500 that I had. However, playing ranked forced me to start learning the game and made me enjoy it more than only just playing normal games.

I've had people that never played ranked. and just started out have their promos with me as a silver player. ugly
