An idea for dealing with afk/trolls

What about if all summoners are given 3 chances to dodge in the lobby because of people that don't talk/trolls? That way if someone is leaving just to be a troll, they can only do it 3 times without being punished. And anyone that comes across someone being a troll they can leave and not have to deal with it.

or you can just ban the players that intentionally ruin games so i dont have to go through 20 dodges and 1 hour of que times

Sounds great, lets weed out all those self proclaimed adcs that think the farm is theirs and theirs alone and you should bend over backward for anything they do or say. Or the close minded kids that freak out when someone doesn't follow the meta.
