Team builder improvements

HEy i just thought of this but i think it can really help new players and help speed up team builder at the same time. Sometimes its takes so long looking for a support and jungle. So i suggest you start giving more ip for what the team is looking for not much like 50 - 100 ip for just play the rolls no one else wants to play so that how it will help speed up team builder. It will also help new players a chance to stick to rolls to learn them and speed up the champion buying and ruin build part of the game and it can even help older players get new runes maybe change a name they don't like anymore maybe even change regions to play better people or worse
