As a heimer main... thats what you think will happen. Until fizz aa's your turret and poles away at level 2 then shuts you down before you can get all three turrets set up. Then once six hits he can just r e right into the middle and burst you down then flash out before taking any damage. The lasers can proc off of minions and are easy to dodge ESPECIALLY for fizz.

There's lots of heimer counterpicks. Don't pick mid early in the champ select, find someone to switch with.

Kill the turrets first. Then all in that annoying little fur ball.

Play Syndra or Malz, both hardcounter.

Syndra can literally throw his turrets away or even at him with W, making him essentially useless. Malz just casts e+q on the turrets to immediately delete them AND zone heimer away from his own turrets (unless he wants to catch space aids). Both then have great burst and can easily delete squishy Heimer once the turrets are out of the picture; both also have excellent waveclear and can equal Heimer's push, so he can't even get your tower with ease lol.
