Current Shyvana Q nerf on PBE

I believe that these nerfs are going in the wrong direction since currently jungle shyv is really strong and lane shyv is struggling

nerfing the early levels of the ability jungle shyv maxes 2nd but lane shyv maxes last will not really affect her jungle performance that much but it will be very significant to her laning counterpart

the removal of the W bonus damage to monsters is absolutely the correct way to go though

p.s. now we just need to get rid of devourer instead of nerfing champions that abuse it in order to make them dependent on it wink wink
