Bard quality of life improvement.

One of the primary problems with people playing bard is that they spend quite a bit of energy collecting charms on the map instead of focusing on team objectives. One of the tell tell signs of a decent bard player is that he is aware of where is charms are and when they spawned. Frequently one side of the map has lots of uncollected charms. They stay on the map for 10 min, so leaving them out is very beneficial when going to out to ward especially when you can chain them together.

I really appreciate the fact that charms that are about to disappear turn red. It's just that frequently when they turn red it's practically already too late to go get it. Something that would help people transition into bard a bit more solidly is if it were easier to see the timers on each charm. Personally I think it would be best if chimes were green on the mini map for the first 5 min, then yellow from 5-7 min, orange from 8-9, and red in the last min. This would help people know when they are good to let chimes chill, and help them plan ward routs around expiring meeps.

A better qol would be anytime you play bard it automatically mutes all other players, because it's their toxicity towards the champ that causes most problems, that and nobody is willing to just work with a bard and remember to play safely or they just let you die if you attempt to initiate. I feel like most people that play are selfish robots that stick to only understanding their champ and completely disregard how to synergize with the rest of the team, they think they will carry if they get fed but lack skills to get fed which means they have no skills in team fights so all those kills they got instead of a true team member goes to waste. It's not just the a bard wandering off that loses the games, it's the person who gave up a kill knowing he was gone.
