It was epic, we were pushing on them with baron, we got over eager and my team all died but me. They pushed our nexus and I recalled, at that point it was late game so I had lots of meeps, and they were hitting hard. They tried to tank our 2 nexus towers and I got a tripple kill. Cait and ezreal were both running, cait up mid, and ezreal off to blue lane top. My talisman came up and i was able to speed myself to catch her and kill her by 2'nd tower. I ulted by Gromp where Ezreal went, and he arcane shifted out of the radius. I then magical journeyed up the long side of the blue wall to catch him and kill him with a meep shot. My team revived and we won. It was the aoe and bonus damage from the meeps that did it.

You probably just happen to steal everyone elses kill in the team fight. If you look at damage dealt jinx literally has almost 3x the damage you dealt and everyone else on your team had 10k or more damage dealt.
