Wait wont this make those who can pick fights frequently AKA assassins/low CD mages&divers pretty OP?
They will rush bumrush in repetedly and attack constantly with their ignite up while the opposition either has ignite up and fights back each time or they are forced to run away most of the time because they have something else on a notably longer cooldown.
Point is, wont ignite vs no ignite lanes become even more one sided as one side will have more frequent opportunities for free damage during their attacks?
Although i am thankful for the damage reduction at least,,,,20% of someone´s base HP as true damage was far, far too much.
