Game Mode Idea - No "X" - Where the "X" could be anything in the game

So after watching this Necrit video, I had a weird idea for a game mode. Something that could also be added into LCS as a fun game mode for the competing teams to play after a their matches. Or even a game mode for us to be able to play. The LCS thing might be pushing it as that's for competitive, but we also have URF and the URFitationals every year, so with me.

You queue up as normal, but when you get into champ select, a rule will appear somewhere on the screen. Something like, no flash, for example.

Teams could pick and ban what they wanted as normal, but Flash would be disabled for both sides.

The idea, is to see how well both sides would do without flash, or any other spell in the game.

Other cool modes I came up with were things like "No Ults" or "No E abilities" etc. So you'd have to build your comp around not having a certain spell.

Just an idea though.

EDIT: Or imagine something like "Everyone starts with Hunter's Machete, it cannot be sold at any point."
