Hextech Loot Screen Improvements?

I understand that a lot of work has recently been put into the loot screen, and while I have my qualms about the new blue essence system, I will ignore them for the time being. There are some minor improvements that I feel could be made to this screen to improve quality of life for people who use it frequently.

I feel like it would be very helpful to for the Loot screen to show me if I have mastery unlocked for a champion when I loot their shard. What I mean by this is I may not remember that I have level 5 on Irelia, because I don't play her that often right now, but when I loot her shard if it told me that, I might choose not to disenchant it to Blue Essence and work towards getting S ranks to advance her level.

On top of this, I would love to be able to organize the shards into any order I wish. Doing this would allow me to separate mastery level champions, as well as unowned ones.
