on one hand it's 1820 but on the other it's a teemo skin

first destroy the skin than perform an exorcism on your computer.

i have that skin. but i dont play it. why? its a nice skin. great work on it. except. it makes it 10 times harder to play teemo. there is a massive delay on his auto attacks. and his q. too much animation makes it really hard to play that skin. i mean its a really nice skin but its too hard to use.
