Whats so "Inspirational" or intelligent by just brainlessly abusing ranged autos to get free gold. It is a awful concept. Also I find it stupid Ezreal and GP are balanced around this broken rune.
While the inspiration tree has AMAZING runes like unsealed, futures market, hexflash, glacial augment this is a huge stain of disdain for me.

Klepto has always brought an unhealthy kind of RNG. Of course it's fun to see RNG, but the game would do well without it too.

Done. Ezreal and other ranged Klepto abusers massively nerfed. GP remains the same into tank matchups.
Also, GP is balanced more around Grasp than Klepto nowadays.
