Ludens Echo + Lichbane - is it a Bug?

Late game as Diana I had 613 AP, I bought Lichbane as the cherry ontop of my build, and.. for some reason it says the despite me having over 700 AP my Lichbane is only doing 138 damage. I sold Luden's and it jumped to 400 damage.. I'm extremely confused. Does buying both items together cancel a portion of LIchbanes damage or am I just going crazy? I posted this in the bug forums as well but.. since they are rarely frequented I figured I would ask here as well.

Update: Tried in a custom and couldn't duplicate but did it in another real game on Akali and had the same thing happen. Not sure if it was a tooltip bug or if it was an actual damage bug.

just tried it in a bot game, everything works fine for me. I had that bug on back on PBE though, but it only was a tooltip error, the actuall damage dealt was correct

Could be a tooltip error. Test the actual damage- get both items, then proc it on something and note the number.

You are right. I was playing with Evelynn (Lich Bane+Echo). I felt something was wrong and I checked the Lich Bane's damage. It was around 123, but I was having 700 ap.

you sure you moused over LB and not LE?

because that sounds about right for the bonus damage on echo

I've also noticed that the MS bonuses aren't stacking, even though they're not supposed to be unique.

I'm positive It was the LB I even had someone I was playing with check the damage on it because I was wondering if it was just a glitch on my screen

Sometimes if you have both LE and LB, the LB tooltip damage gets overridden by the LE's damage

When I tested it the output damage was correct, though, so maybe it broke? That's the feel I'm getting from this..

There's also a bug with movement speed calculations: Example, I usually build LB + LE on Veigar in normals (weird build). Veigar has a base 340 movement speed Add sorcerer shoes with alacrity enchantment: 340 + 45 + 20 = 405 Now, add 1.5% (utility tree) + 7% from Luden's + 5% from lich bane = 405 * 1.135 = 459.675 I should have about 460 Movement speed with that build, right? Nope, I somehow only get 451...

I've noticed something like this, too. I think it was the same thing. I had Lich Bane (I think) and Luden's, and I attacked a tower after casting a spell, and it did less than a normal auto-attack. WTF? There is definitely some bug with Luden's.
