Let Spell Shield block Exhaust

Tired of having nights veil up when playing an Assassin planning on blocking a spell, but being insta exhausted and losing mobility plus damage. Really supports should have to at least give up a spell to do something to me instead of just insta casting the ability and acting like they're good. In my opinion exhaust is a summoner spell that should be removed from league, but at the very least I would like to be able to play around it.
