Riot just fked up my Diamond promo

In champ select and it freezes then kicks me out, like wtf so now it counts as a loss and cannot lose again but not only that but I have to wait 5 mins before going into solo q again as there stupid system thinks I que dodged, well done Riot another clap for you!

And I'm a bit scared of going into another game incase it happens again.
