Shield Breaking

While I'm in favor of something to help destroy shields I'm not a huge fan of it being on two champions. As a matter of fact I think it should have been two new items one AD version and one AP. Maybe even adding a shield destroying passive to LW and Void Staff? Idk just having something to deal with shields just being on two champions seems well very limiting like you don't have Blitz or Renekton oh well here's some shields and more shields.

Adding shieldbreak items will result in shields being just like healing: too strong if nobody counters it, too weak if someone buys counter-item. On the other hand champion like Renekton could have a bit more of "good pick in this situations, bad pick in others" instead of "just pick him, he is ok in every situation".
