Why is no one playing ekko bot lane

gets tanky like a support deals as much damage as a mid laner and have as much cc as a tank. Jhin and ekko bot lane is broken as all hell. ekko kept diving us after level 5 and put me behind so bad my team thought i was int feeding and they all reported me. Got tanky to a point were he safely tower dive me and zyra over and over and over till we died.
