It is fun to outplay your opponent with good positioning while knowing that you are the backbone of your teams late game dps as well objective killing. I could upload you a jinx game I just had where I played against a super fed ekko where I was able to manage him to a win for my massively behind team.

Serious answer though is I actually like that pressure of the enemy team actively trying to pile on me regardless of the situation. Those situations make the game fun for me, especially if I'm able to play my way out of it. I mostly play immobile ADCs as well so the game of positioning is also pretty fun for me since if I screw up it usually means I'm dead or my teammates need to use a lot to save me.
