Why is Corki so bad?

he isnt even played adc he is played mid

as a counter pick in most situations

but he isnt good or strong.. in solo queue

if you wanna look at his stats for adc he has a 44.56% win win rate and a 0.62% pick rate, for mid he is 49.22% win rate with a 4.98% pick rate

but combined he has a 48.71% win rate for elos of plat and higher with a 5.68% pick rate

he is on the weaker side

the 1st comment as his over all win rate... both mid and adc

and then in my 2nd comment i break it down mid and adc individually
