Hi guys, my cousin mains Ezreal, and takes Conquerer. Most of the guides out there reccommend this rune, but at the end of each game his healing recieved is around 100... I understand you get attack damage per stack, but it seems underwhelming. What keystone would you guys reccommend us trying?
You could try PtA or Omnistone. According to Lolalytics, those are roughly as effective as Conq, and might suit his playstyle a little better.
I like playing Press the Attack or DarkHarvest since both go well with his poke.

I'd recommend not using omnistone. Im of the opinion that it's a joke rune and the randomness isn't going to help.
Arcane comet goes well with ezreal though, if you build iceborne gauntlet since the slow helps the comet hit. Other than that, grasp of the undying might be good if you're up against a botlane that you can guarantee to poke often. Dark harvest if you carry in damage. Aery if you can't do any of those
He can do well with electrocute and darkharvest, also conq, you can play glacial augment an go triforce and have mallet slow on aas with a aoe one on the active from botrk/gunblade.
He has many keystone options but his kit is just to weak atm due to all his nerfs he got due to klepto, he is slowly getting some power back into his kit and riot is slowly buffing him or reverting past nerfs. i still think he is far to weak and he needs some pretty big nerf reverts to go back to not being kalista lvl win rate.
i use pta because its super easy to proc with AA-Q-AA and following it up with W-Q/AA is a nice chunk of damage
