Does someone at Riot Main Illaoi?
Because ever since her release she has been broken AF. If you look at her Blitz profile? She wins lane against every top. And she can 1v5 and get a penta. Explain to me why she hasn't been given nerf bat?

Er....What? Ever since release she's been trash. She had a single moment of strength when Klepto was released, and ever since then she's been a horrible champ.
She wins most lanes, sure. However....After a lane? What's she to do? How does she even hit a ranged champion? She can't. The entire champion relies on her E poke and ult to even be playable. She's really bad.
Some easy options of counterplay to her are actually to fight her if she lands an E. It makes it go away faster, and you're taking damage either way. At least don't let it be free damage. Additionally, disengaging when she ults is the best course of action. Wait out the 8 seconds and she's useless again.
I almost always ban her, she makes my laning phase a living hell. She is sometimes useless in teamfights tho, so even if she gets fed its not too bad.
Illaoi is pretty garbage. If anything she's just annoying because of her E. Other than that legit just walk away from her ult
Illaoi has to be good at a mini-game of her own (Placing tentacles) ... and a nice completely different playstyle that isn't conventional mechanics to master.
AND EASILY MITIGATED. so no, she's not op.
So what you're really saying is is that you have a hard time against illaoi and don't really know how to handle her. That's fine! There are probably youtube videos that'll teach you how to handle Illaoi.
In fact, I found one in 8 seconds!
