Can we get a Normals Matches MMR Reset once per season as an option?
So this season at the peak of my play style I could play consistently at a high gold level and low platinum, My games consisted of High Gold, Low Platinum and at times Diamond players despite my ranked MMR being Silver 4, during this time i was unemployed and had not much else to do.

I really dislike this, yes, you could argue "But Miguel, Your playing against better players, you'll learn faster!"

While that may be true, it is extremely frustrating that now that I have become employed again, I get stomped on every game I don't play my best champion because I don't play the 5+ games I used to everyday.[

Another factor adding to this is the fact that if you play as bad as I do [Silver 4 mind you vs. Gold/Low] against players that have more game knowledge and better mechanics, your allies tend to get frustrated with you, I can understand why though, but the drive I used to have to play the game isn't there anymore with so many losses in a row when I don't play
If I could "Reset" my Normals MMR I would really enjoy that, I don't play at the level that I used to and it's very frustrating and the drive I have for League is diminishing due to how many "Unfun" and "Unfair" games I have had.
Also, One more thing because I know someone will bring it up, I gave up going up in Leagues despite my normals MMR being much higher than my ranked, I did my deed with Dynamic, played with and helped teach 4 friends until they got out of Bronze and into Silver, 3 out of Silver and into Gold, and supported my ADC main friend into Platinum, as for actually playing in Dynamic Queue solo? Hah. As if, the Normals games weren't already toxic enough even before this season with 3+ premades, why bother adding more fuel to the flame with ranked?
I would be a liar if I said I didn't try it, I did, Carried 2 games in a row with Kennen Top without a single bit of problem and then immediately lost 34/48 of the LP I got by 2 losses in a row with a 3 man Premade and a 4 man Premade that ignored me in those games and were not working together as much as the enemy clearly shown by the amount of teamwork and collapses onto a lane and turret taking/aggro switching and in-sync plays made.
[This was a long time ago keep in mind, I quit playing ranked once my friends felt in a good spot where their MMR is matching their gameplay and haven't played ranked since those Kennen Matches back in 6/12 except for one Thresh game which was by accident]
