Lux is way to OP

I've been facing so many Lux players lately that I decided to play two games with Lux, one as mid and one as supp. This champion is just so broken right now. As a support, the amount of damage shielded by the W is ridicolous. As a mid laner, I went the Luden's Echo path and what do you know, my R is virtually on a 18ish second cooldown. I was basically spamming a Kameha accross the map on every teamfight without even aiming and killing people, the chance of of hitting someone with her R is so high its bonkers that it resets. Undo Lux changes and remove that reset mechanic on her R.
