Riot? Am i on drugs or did you change Spell requirements?

erm, dont mind the title..

But still, What is this? I dont play that often, but i do know that you use to get smite at lvl 3-5 (Somewhere around there) and flash at level 15. But now, i'll get flash Long before i get smite... Like, In my honest, heartfelt opinion, The older requirements were much more.. Rewarding for staying with the game...

Now, players above level 10 probably wont care, But remember how hard it was to get Flash, and afterwards it felt so awesome because flash is like, THE most useful summoner spell? Well, they have to work half as hard, and only get it at level 8. mean while, Ignite and Smite are level 10, and Clairvoyance is still a level 8 spell... i mean, no one even uses it in pro play. i mean, maybe to snipe off baron, but besides that, its useless... Freaking Cleanse is more useful than Clairvoyance...
