Leblanc upcoming rework - Suggestion
These changes are mixed with the old Leblanc and the new Leblanc's Sigil of Malice which is preventing her to oneshot/100-0 in 0.1 second which i think RIOT would like to keep because of the Assassin Update
Passive - Mirror Image(Changed) When LeBlanc falls below 40% maximum health, she periodically becomes stealthed for 1 second and creates a controllable clone of herself with 70 - 359 (based on level) less health, which lasts for 8 seconds or until killed. (Cooldown: 60 seconds)
Q - Sigil of Malice(Nerfed) Deals 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% AP) magic damage and marks the target for 3.5 seconds. The Sigil charges over the next 1.5 seconds, after which LeBlanc's next spell that hits the target will shatter it to deal 30 - 300 (based on level) (+ 80% AP) bonus magic damage. Sigil of Malice cannot occur on the same target more than once every 5 seconds.
If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% AP) magic damage. (Cooldown: 6 seconds)
W - Distortion(Buffed) Dashes to a target location, dealing 85/125/165/205/245 (+50% AP) magic damage to nearby units.
For 4 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location. (Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds)
E - Ethereal Chains(Nerfed) Launches a chain that shackles the first unit hit to LeBlanc, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+20% AP) magic damage.(No longer slows the enemy by 25%)
If the target remains shackled for 1.5 seconds they take an additional 40/55/70/85/100 (+20% AP) magic damage and are unable to move for 1.5 seconds. (Cooldown: 14/13.25/12:5/11.75/11 seconds)
R - Mimic(Changed) LeBlanc can cast a mimicked version of the previous spell she cast.
Mimicked Sigil of Malice(Nerfed) Deals 100/200/300 (+40% AP)
Mimicked Distortion(Buffed) Deals 150/275/400 (+50% AP) magic damage.
Mimicked Ethereal Chains(Nerfed) Deals 60/120/180 (+30% AP) magic damage.
(Cooldown: 54/42/30 seconds)
