RIOT - Why is custom skins not allowed "anymore"?

Custom skins have been a huge part of the League of Legends community and some have even been made into real skins. The creators of these skins have spent hundreds of hours passionately designing skins for no benefit other than the enjoyment of making them for the community.

"Riot has stated in the past that they allow custom skins to be used as long as they are appropriate and are not direct copies of skins that they have already created."

Has there been a red post confirming that they will start banning for using custom skins? Custom skins are already against the ToS/EULA. Riot doesn't have to change to this new system to ban people.

Custom skins was the thing that made me play the game. I don't care about different game modes or new champs. The only reason I find value in a skin is when there is something funny about it. Like the chicken Galio skin. The best thing with custom skins was that I could play as a Pokemon and kill other Pokemons in the jungle. Now League of legends is not that fun anymore. Custom skins was the thing that made me continue playing.

Special thanks to riot for taking away the fun I had in the game and are slowly ruin the game -_-

Also, do you remember the custom project skins. Yea...there were someone that put down a lot of effort in creating those and guess what. Riot took the idea and didn't give the creator anything. They had to buy their own skin. From what I have heard Riot didn't even gave them a thank you.

I am really disappointed at them. Shame on you Riot, shame on you.
