Last game went typical URF with Kass and Azir flying around the map as they do,

But it got to the point where Azir could spawn kill anyone with soldiers before they had any time to react.

Unsure if intended or not

I'm sure they have their eyes on Azir when they thought to bring URF back. They probably left him in the game to see if he truly would be retardedly OP. Same with Ryze he was autobanned from URF last time but he's in it this time. They either didn't do it yet or they're waiting it out to see if they truly need to make changes. Though iirc someone told me ryze's passive changed
