We need Solo Queue and we need it now

I have spent 18 minutes in three different queues using three different sets of roles looking for a game to play. Alas i have yet to play a game. Remember back before they built this dynamic queue that everyone loves because it's absolutely flawless and amazing, you could get into champ select in a minute and a half tops? Now it feels like you are punished if you pick a role besides support or fill (same difference) and if you queue up solo...
