Can Riot finally bring Kassadins silence back?

He is in very weak spot right now and totally underplayed, he can't do anything vs anyone anymore. If he wanna kill someone he has to use R+Q+E and then die or he has to play tanky and do 0 dmg. Also his mana costs are insane. That cost on ult is retarded while Zed can just troll people with his shadows, why i'm even talking about zed... even nautilus has better mobility now than kassadin. Jesus christ, bring back old kassa, i'm tired of cancerina, riven and all this OP things right now, we all want kassadin back to shut them down.... once and foreva!

Please, no. I don't want to return to the days where normal mages can't even play against him when he goes in, let alone him having a passive that reduces their damage. D:

They should give his mr/lvl back ,i mean he suppose to be anti ap mage wtf? or let his Q block not just magic dmg.

but the principle that he could silence you and you could do literally nothing in counter play because of his R which he would walk up to you Q, W, then R out what do you do then if you are someone like cass or syndra all you can do is take it
