Riot please hurry up with the sever change

I'm Platinum V now again cuz I keep getting trolls and the games that I don't get trolled I have 105-115 ping which somehow either cancels my abilities or doesn't register my command. Fighting a Yasuo mid and I clicking back just standing there. Like seriously if the server is having issues disable ranked or say hey ping is higher than normal today might not wanna play.

Really annoying been in Platinum 4 like 5 times now because of crap like this. Like my standard ping is 98 which is pretty terrible but once it hits 105-110 ish the game feels unplayable.
