Miss Fortune Support Getting Gutted as Collateral Damage (again)

For the first time since Thunderlord's Decree came out Miss Fortune is a viable support. As some of you may recall, when TLD came out Make it Rain had its damage reduced by a third, making her a completely non-viable support for the entire interim time.

Miss Fortune's make it rain has had its cooldown drastically increased on the PBE. While this will have the effect of slightly reducing the power of AD MF, it will make Supportune completely unplayable again. She is by far my favorite champion to play, and I wish Riot would consider the Support MF players when they are balancing her AD. It feels really bad to have your champion completely sidelined simply because she is strong in an entirely different role. With other multi-role supports Riot at least makes an attempt to consider the impact changes have on the different roles. In Support MF's case it feels like they haven't even put any thought into it.
