The new one basically stun 3 seconds and denied all dash ability. Like you removed every possibility to counter play his E. 0.5 second is not enough for players to doge his E instantly. And even you use a dash ability, you still stuck there. I'm not saying veigar is strong, but is E is insane broken, a team stun must be more carefully to be used. I love the old one more cuz it really take skill to use.

Mirkhail1 votesThe old e was pretty annoying and unhealthy (insta-stun) The new cage is more a zoning, veigar will probably have difficult to stun anyone if they see him but he can probably cage then (if they are close enough or without flash/blinks) but without the stun he won't land w and they can dodge q. Stunning more then one people in team fight is pretty difficult the range isn't so high and the intention is very obvious

If you complain about a delayed stun, which you can flash and blink out, then give him back his old stun. Its already suprising that people are to incompetent to evade a Veigar stun...
