Lee Sin runes.

So I saw some videos (Heizman's youtube channel) about the other 2 domination runes for lee sin.

I've been using electrocute on him because it's a great all-game move (if you utilized your strong early game to fetch a lead). Builds bonus damage for your SICK combos. Next comes the other 2 runes in that tree. Dark Harvest and Predator. So Predator sounds like a super great early-mid game item but (i assume) falls off super heavily into the mid-late game (especially on Lee Sin when you usually sell your boots for Youmuu's after your build is done), but what about Dark Harvest?

Let's say you stack it appropriately and reach that "Soul Charged" state, does that extra 150 even compare to electrocute's base damage?

Reading the wiki is has lower scaling than electrocute for physical damage and doing some math you'd need 23 champion kills worth of souls by level 18 to compare to electrocute's non-scaling damage.

I want some thoughts. Do you need to be God-tier at lee sin to be able to pull this off or is Heizman hyping it up and using only the footage from games where his entire team did well to escalate his views?

Not sarcastically jabbing at him but he is both a god-tier lee sin and a boaster for views. Anyways, I want some thoughts and math checkings.

Lee doesn't benefit from predator, he already has ward jump and his q for movement, on top of e for slow, it's really only good on kayn and hecarim.

Dark harvest is a lategame rune, and lee see is probably his worst in the lategame, compared to someone like kindred.

Electrocute is really the best option, lee sin is supposed to pressure really hard and early, and the rune gives him that with really good early burst, so when lee falls off, hopefully he got some lanes fed to pay for it.

I'm just assuming he's hyping it, because if you end up not doing anything early game as lee sin with dark harvest, you'll make the game a 4v5 for how useless you'll be.

The idea is that with your strong early game you get enough of a lead to give your Dark Harvest enough stacks to transfer into late game, basically a Nasus rune. The thing I'm wondering is if it's worth it compared to Electrocute since, if you get enough of a lead to compare to electrocute's damage you should be ending the game by then.

The games are shorter than normal, so I'd say go with electrocute.

Dark harvest on paper is better at a certain point, but the issue is you have to reach that point, without being behind, or falling behind.

Dark harvest is just to risky and not enough reward with lee imo.
