You keep banning Lulu when bot lane is usually decided by the Caitlyn pick!

I have 65%+ wr with lulu, the champ is good in the right hands and I know i should probably choke on my thread title by now but Lulu STILL needs to be played by someone who knows how to play the 2v2 and good supp players are rare. A good Lulu player is rare! her Q after the laning phase is a very weak move and her W with it having 2 functions requires good positioning and timing if used for the squirrel morph to disable a key enemy target AND if used for the attack speed/move steriod then there needs to be a solid reason why you didn't morph a target.

After many, many...MANY games bot lane there are two champions you need to worry about and that is a Brand pick or a Caitlyn pick.

Quick summary on Brand - This is the supp pick that is the true tilter of bot lanes, all his kit his damage and if the Brand his good he'll stun you and win the lane. the 2 players up against the Brand pick need to both try and be on the same page and be very respectful to his potential and 8 times out of 10 unfortunetly one of them will screw up. Brand supp usually succeeds in winning the laning phase especially if it is paired with an early adc (winning = killing opponent, pressuring tower, pressuring enemy adc off of CS).

CAITLYN is the real terror of bot lane, the trade off for having a bad ultimate is unbelievable! Her kit for Laning purposes especially before level 6 is border line outrageous and I cannot respect ANYONE who would ban Lulu over her, why honestly would you let an ADC go through that is if played even decently cannot be punished and has great tools for both harassment and disengaging. On top of that incredible early game if you don't close out of the game against her after 30 mins regardless of how well she did or not she will always be a threat whereas Lucian/Vayne the ADC's which people cry over the most, if they did bad you'll usually drive right through them.

She is so safe, ticks every box of the ADC role, brings Utility to the team with Trap Line and how has it been like this for so long? Competitively a top tier ADC (probably 1st place!), soloQ shes top definetly top 3 (cait - god tier lane phase, late monster+trap utility , lucian - snowball is massive!, Vayne - "if you have bad team synergy I'm here to murder you all!).

Lower her base attack speed by 10% or more, she has the range advantage + headshot passive, force her to use the bush for more headshots and cripple her early trading power if she is caught out.
