New Garen Rework

so on the pbe is a new garen rework. I really think that league has step out of the moba environment now and wants to change what we like about the game. I think that this new rework is a bad idea please dicuss.

i wish they wont change him, hes a very solid top laner. he doesnt need changing hes very balanced
