rengars passive auto attack pause

well you see, when i'm jungling as rengar and he leaps to a minion/champ he pauses for a little bit. i was wondering if this was part of his kit or was it minion block or a bug. anyways if it is a bug ( or at least something worth fixing) it would be great to hear back and see if this will stay or be resolved XD

It's not a bug, since when he lands he immediately does damage without any animation, the attack speed timer has to make up for it by him just awkwardly standing there - not the most attractive thing - but if you build attack speed it should reduce it quite a bit.
