On one hell of a losing streak. Was S1 promos not that long ago and bordering on demotion to S5. I realize this is low elo and I suck. Looking for some advice on what I can improve on (i suspect lots). Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

well based on the win rats you show stop play morgana 1 win 16 loses

My default support (autofill) pick has always been blitz but he gets banned a lot in low elo. I need to work on the sup champ pool.

morgana right now is best only as a counter pick to a certain team comp/enemy

if you want some suggestions of supports to play

Janna Sona would be useful in most team comps simple to learn and pick up.

Maokai id recommend ( not just cuz i main him) just due to his flexibility in a team comp, top, jng, sup

Sometime's your Kill participation is awfully low. Try and help your team out more! (Your Yi games are fine, but screw that champ)

What is a reasonable kill participation? I always thought ~50% was decent but I guess not?

definitely try to aim for 60%+ if you're jungling, it's an aspect I myself need to improve on as well

Will work on that, thanks for the input!

First of all, I would highly recommend you use your wards far more often. You tend to ward 10 or less times during your games, and vision is one of the most important advantages in a game. Also, this is just a nitpick, but some of your builds on champions like Chogath and MasterYi could definitely be improved. Chogath is significantly stronger with item 3193 and IMO, critical strike MasterYi is better because of the burst damage. Other than that, I don't see anything particularly wrong with your games.

Hmm, work on your macro, noticed a lot of your games that you lost have been simply due to blinds, invisibility, ccing, mobile champs as an aa player. maybesummoner 1 item 3140 and ask your sup to build item 3222 in heavy cc teams like these?

I completely agree with that statement, teemo is the bane of my existence haha. Thanks for the input.

Losing streaks suck. I feel ya. Sometimes I find it's best to take a break from ranked for a week or more. Playing normals (or ARAM) let's you try out new things and adapt to the current meta without anything at stake. Taking it easy on a non-ranked mode also helps you out of the defeatist attitude that can develop after several losses.

Yah probably a good idea but I am a touch stubborn hah.

Well that's good too. It takes some determination go through the ranked grind :)

Here are some easy-to-implement ideas that have helped me:

  • Play just a few champs in each role. I don't really like it because I like to play lots of different champs, but getting really comfortable with a champ and knowing the lane (or jungle) match-ups helps quite a bit.
  • If you are top, mid, or mid-game support, think about roaming. Getting your team (or yourself) kills by outnumbering the enemy is a great way to impact the game. Just make sure you don't lose to much while you are away and your adc is well warded if you are support.
  • Buy a lot of red wards. If you watch any pro games you'll notice they all buy reds all the time. I make item sets for my main champs and I put reds and elixirs on their own row at the top so I don't forget.
  • Play your own music and play with a buddy you trust. Having my own music play softly in the background helps set the enjoyable mood for me. Having a trustworthy friend (who isn't ranked too much higher or lower) helps because you know at least on person will not troll/tilt in your team.

Good luck!
