You've probably seen tons of posts saying, "NOOBS IN BRONZE TAKE ME OUT" and etc. I don't mean to say that I don't suck, but I seriously don't deserve this (the photo; they were being serious about AP ashe mid, no jokes). I deserve bronze 2, but the not the people I play with. Almost every single game I play includes a top ashe, support caitlyn, adc fiddle, etc. When I say, "Bro, are you in your mind?" I get reported for it, while the guy that seems to either be trolling (1/8/2) or noob, goes off the hook... Btw, I know you're supposed to "Carry the team" but I was placed in Silver 4 last year, and being a support was actually worth it as the adcs knew how to stay passive and poke with the chance, and when to engage. During the pre-season, instead of playing normals, I just played ranked as I had no time to play normals. inevitably I got placed in bronze 2 because I didn't know the importance of ranked games, whether it be pre-season or in season. I just play I find myself playing support in bronze games then having more kills than the mid laner or my adc himself (kills that were mine because 1. everyone on my team died off, 2. i had to secure it or else they would've gotten away, 3. I found a lucky 10hp'er with no teammates near me) and having to actually carry as a SUPPORT..... I should be securing kills for my adc, but the thing is they go in 1v2 without even pinging or having the right timing (going in 10mins before our jung comes or exactly when the enemy jung comes) then blaming me for not going in.... I used to play top, mid, and jung but I switched to support in S4 as it was a fun and an important role that I don't think many in bronze are good at. Riot, if it was possible, can you guys please remake the match-making system or implement something? I'm not writing this to say that I'm better than everyone in bronze (there are a lot of players better than me stuck in bronze) but that there are at least 1-2 people on your team that ruin the experience for you, which is 1 too many (By 1 too many, a top laner that lets a Nasus stack to 800)

AP Ashe is supposed to be really fun; haven't tried it myself and I **certainly **wouldn't recommend it in ranked but it's a thing.

I don't really get what you are asking though; what the topic of discussion for this thread. Is it:

Can I carry as support?

Yes, you can. It's probably harder or rarer but you can do so. There are games where I was able to make my team be able to chase down and crush the enemy team as Nami or mitigate thousands of points of damage in a teamfight as Sona with properly used Shields and Stuns. The downsides though are the "GJs" after the fights; what about my bubbles, they were on point... :c

"Riot, if it was possible, can you guys please remake the match-making system or implement something?"

I don't see what that would accomplish, other than doing the same thing. Players in the actual game are two groups that, together, have equal chances based on their wins/losses in previous games.

id recommend not playing support and playing a carry role if possible at least until you get out of bronze. Also this may sound harsh but if you aren't getting like 20+ kills which i don't believe is that hard at that elo than you might not be ready to carry your self out. You have to just either win your lane super hard than snowball other lanes or do what i did and play jungle, go to every lane and get free kills. Once you learn how to control the game which is hard to teach you'll realize how easy it really can be to climb out of that hell pit.

It's weird how big a difference Silver seems to make... but you're right. My provisional games actually got easier as I was placed with/against Silver-level players rather than Bronze-level. The problem is that in Bronze your effectiveness is limited by the lack of teamwork, the team's lack of vision and objective control, and those random AFKs or toxic players. Whereas in a rank where your teammates are guaranteed to be at least somewhat competent, it's easier to do well, I find.

This is the game the OP presented a picture of. Notice Ashe was not AP, in the pic itself she started out with a Dorans Blade and really the only odd part of it was that Ashe was being played in the mid lane which is admittedly not the best thing to play into a Lux.

OP may want to pay more attention to his team mates builds as well as the game itself instead of what someone randomly says in team chat. It would prolly do a lot more for him in terms of climbing out of bronze than posting on the forums complaining of silly builds and champ picks in ranked.

Hell my last game I had a Garen building IE/PD/Yomuus before picking up Sunfire/Spirit Visage when I recommended he get some kind of tank. Was his build silly as well get out? Sure but it was that same Garen and Yasuo that ended up being the biggest carries of that game. Benefit of the doubt is a great thing, you might want to actually give it to your team mates on occasion as oppose to instantly thinking they are trolling you because they are doing something out of the ordinary.
