Please give me a challenge mode

So we've all had games with that one toxic player who you just want to reach through the computer and choke. And when I re-queue I hope to god he is on the enemy team so I can crush him.

Maybe give me a grudge match challenge mode, where I can guarantee to be on the opposing team on the next match.

I'm not sure how to actually make it happen, but I would certainly get some satisfaction, and it would be nice to able to settle ones differences by taking it outside so to speak.
