What do you have to do as a jungle to get an S rank?
because a 16-7-15 game wasn't good enough for me as jg 
, but my top and support both got S ranks.

Hextech is Rito's way of thanking sup players. The S ranks are so easy that I get boxes more often then I get key frags.
There are a few things you can do to boost score: place wards, die less, contribute more to team dmg than just kills. High kda is very useful and you should aim for a kda of over 5. (Kills + assists)/deaths 7 deaths is a lot regardless of kills or assists
Things i've noticed that help get S-ranks:
KDA Turrets taken Wards placed Neutral objectives taken Contributions around the map.
I'm not sure if winning is actually that huge a factor; i've had 2 ranked games where i went S- on Nautilus, despite losing.
Did you recently buy a skin so Riot can make money ?
Simply do your job as a Jg champ. Which means come out to the lanes. My main jg champs all got S scores very quickly. Not hard master chief.
As someone that averages an S from the jungle, just kick all the ass. Ward lots, cs lots (tax), don't die hardly ever if you can avoid it and ov course get like 18 kills.
