[Help me? ;-;] How does one carry/win as Ezreal?
Alright, so I'm averagely-bad at league of legends. I have no problem admitting it. I also know one of the keys to climb at lower elo is is to play simple champions with lower skill caps. That's how I got out of bronze in a week (used

)and climbed to S1 from S5 in 2-3 days in pre season (used

There's just something about landing skillshot after skillshot and pulling off flashy plays if you do stuff right, that has revamped my interest in league as a whole.
Yes, I could just play him in norms, but playing normals I find really kicks the fun out of the game I find, I'm far too competitive to not play ranked unless it's down for x reason.
Here's my dilemma. So, as I said I'm currently S5. I'm playing ADC now because of said champion, and I have played 2 normal games, and roughly 25 ranked games as ezreal. I've only won 10 (2 unranked 8 ranked). I have won lane every time except for once, and usually have 140-180 cs by 20 minutes (depending on how active or passive laning was).

Runes: +9 Armor +8.5 AD +16.1% Attack Speed +6.7 MR Masteries: 18/12/0 18(Fury, Fresh Blood, Vamparism, Battle Trance, Battering Blows, Fervor) 12(Savegery, Stash, Merciless, Dangerous Game) I was running 18/0/12 because from the guides I read that's another viable option but I just found I was a lot more useful with 18/12/0
Teamfights I fight them like any other adc, stand behind my front line and attack the safest target to me while avoiding cc/damage. I'm usually the last to die in a fight and end game win or lose I usually* have the most damage in the game if not that then the most on my team. But I just can't seem to win. I feel like I'm doing everything right. I played a more 'meta' adc (MF) and I just stomped 2 games like it was nothing, and I played the same way as I play ezreal as far as decision making etc etc go.
It's only Silver V. It 'aint plat/diamond over here. Surely there's a way to climb with Ezreal. What am I missing? Help? qq ;-;
