I THINK that Illaoi is coming first due to her being released before Jhin. Every champ needs a skin. Even those that are outright bullshit. Sorry.

Jhin's really, really easy to come up with concepts for! I'm personally working on 2 concepts right now - (and I love that bloodmoon Jhin one, it's gorgeous )

I feel he is over due a skin...but i scared what riot will give him. He's the second newer adc i like and they already gave kalista two disappointing skins....

Me. They really need to double their artwork team. Idgaf about new champs. We need skins.
Jhin came out in March or April. It hasn't been a year yet. Additionally, for those bringing up Kalista, you must understand that World's skins and championship skins aren't part of the standard skin creation schedule. They commemorate either the winning players that picked them or highly influential champs in the LCS and eSports scenes. Their being picked for those skins is not up to the skins team.
I remember it took Jinx a little more than year just to get her second skin outside the release one. And she was almost as popular as Jhin in terms of pickrate and gameplay since release too.
So I'll give him a few more months.

i think there should be a "phantom of the opera" jhin skin. like how you expect from any opera villain. kinda like twisted fate's tango skin, but with that opera feel.

In Jhin's four part story it says he was taking a trip to Zaun. With Piltover and Zaun getting their event now maybe we will get a Zaunite Jhin skin (kinda like the pirate skins in the bilgewater event)
Na I think we need to wait another 3 year for his next skin.

That Bloodmoon Jhin skin is beautiful, definitely a good Skin Concept for him. A skin concept I thought about the other day was "Order of the Lotus" Jhin, which came about after I thought about how the name of his E: Lotus Traps. Don't have any Ideas for it would look in game, but I thought it'd be a neat concept.
