can 100% carries with 1 full item, comes invis from fog of war like rengar if played properly but no indicator, no counterplay because it is all onclick and instant, only "skillshot" is a cone that he would have to aim in the wrong direction to miss, even lebroken is more balanced than his cancer, at least she and every other assassin can't 100% anyone early-mid game unless they are ahead
In total honesty, he isnt, he just has risk AFTER his assassination, the difference between him and say LB is that he gets out over a pile of dead bodies or not at all, he has no reset on his e, no teleport-back-escape. This makes him a more generally LESS DESIRABLE PICK THAN ZED OR LEBLANC, but he has in fact less counterplay than both of them.

Here is the dildo: if Talon goes in with his R E combo (The one that 1 shots you if his uses his Q and W later) does he get to E back to a shadow or clone ? No. Does he get bullshit resets ? No. Can he use playfull trickster out of the fight ? No. He needs to decide either to use his ult to escape and do a lot less damage or use it to kill some one, and possibly not get out alive. That is why he is a lot less Toxic than other assassins.
Nah, Talon is fine, He was OP when you could silence people and provide Zero counterplay. If anything play a safe mid laner like malz. I play Talon and its fun as fk but there are counters. If you don't want to play against talon chose a different lane for that game
