New banshees feels really nice
I can build it on some mages when I want MR and I feel like I can use the passive!
It feels really nice to get against fizz and annie when playing mages.
What do you guys think? What do assassin mains think of it?

I think it's a bad item for Fizzes problem. Riot wanted to remove bruiser Fizz, but with this change ap Fizz is even less reliable and can't even prock w passive for it to stack with q. Also long range ults are out of the question for adcs and midlaners now. So bruiser Fizz is even better now that Fizz has to deal with banshees and has to prock it with q then aa and wait 2 sec before doing dmg.
I'm wondering how much it will affect mages that rely on all-ins to be successful that also have trouble to pop the bubble. It might kill mid Annie unlike Lux who's able to poke reliably and pop the shield quite easily.
If it comes to this they might increase the price so it can't be rush quite as early and give a breathing room for short-ranged AP,
It's not that good considering a champion like Cassiopeia or LB can just knock it off with a quick twin fang, or shatter orb before going in.
It will work on some combo champions or champions with high damage spells and high cooldowns, but all in all it's easy to work around.
