Where is Jhin now?

Okay, I just picked up some Thin. I'm pretty good in some areas, pretty actual hot garbage in others. Now, I wanna ask a small question. Where is Jhin now? meta wise. Since idk, I'm just a silver player, so I just want to know where he is, so if I can have meta in my favor in playing Jhin, that would be pretty dope for climbing. And also any advice on how to play Jhin besides just doing a few auto and q combos and landing skill shots?

well everyone claims Jhin with item 3095 is broken af. having every single attack be a crit and thus getting a ton of movement.

Broken as shit mate. Buy item 3095 and you potentially 1v9 carry because of movement speed if you are good enough to dodge everything else.
