Zilean Should be considered for a complete rework

I saw the voting list and was sad to see zilean not on it. i mean look at his model hes literally crucified to a clock [zombie-brand-facepalm]

And his kit is getting pretty outdated, not to mention i find is passive pretty useless. Who agrees that Zil should be in the top 3 list for reworks?
