When trying to cast Ryze R/ultimate, your camera scrolls out far enough to see the entire range/radius for level 11 R. This is so people can get their R off without trying to press R on the map and end up having to auto path a little more forward in order to ult to desired destination.
Like a press-and-hold sort of deal? I like it. The "zoom out to cast range" is already in the game via Jhin/Xerath ult, so it wouldn't be hard to implement.

just click around himself holding R over 4 sec he can use it and teleport immediately to the location and he can see that location on the map that will help him
and time its based on level i don`t know if 4 sec its good or op

Somehow this makes a lot of sense. While you're at it, do it for Ziggs R and Swain's W.But for real though, this would make a huge difference. At least make it an option or something, in case some people wouldn't want it.
