practice tool suggestion - changing runes in game

not sure if this has been brought up before, but id love to be able to change runes in practice tool. i think the PBE has planned target dummy changes that allow you to edit the armor and mr of dummies. i also remember seeing a video about doublelift talking to riot about making practice tool more versatile, so perhaps if they are going to be making more major changes to practice tool that they will include this as well
